My trip to LA was great till someone smacked my rental car very hard. Obviously, I didn't purchase rental insurance and was on the hook for the full amount of deductible. Moreover the repair had to be done the same day as I had a flight next morning.
I called Dennis and he was able to move some of his appointment to accommodate my needs. The repair came perfect and he also took care of the couple small dents next to the big one.
Now rental car looks even better than the moment I rented it.

Very, VERY pleased! I needed a repair of a previous "embarrassing" clear coat job on my bumper, and now my bumper looks factory fresh!
