Replies are immediate. The people are very kind and courteous. They seem to know that this is an emergency and I need to get the vehicle fixed quickly.

Dennis was great! Did the repair on my Honda Pilot, which had several small dents on the tailgate door, at my home in 4S Ranch and now it looks like they were never there. Polite, professional, and extremely efficient -- I highly recommend you contact Dennis if your vehicle has any dents needing to be repaired/removed.
