I found a dent on the back door on the passenger side of my Audi Q3 after service. The dent was right on the edge and for me it looks so awful. Dennis contacted me right away and was able to schedule an appointment first thing in the following morning. Arrived right on time. I left him to do his job and when I got back everything was fixed. Super-fast response, I sent photos and he gave an accurate estimate. He was able to come out the same day and fixed the dent in less than an hour of work. It was a tricky spot, with double-thick metal, so he said it might only be 80% better. I think it looks 99% better, but he was honest in setting in expectations, which I appreciate. I would definitely use his service again - hopefully I won't need to, but you never know. Definitely recommended.
