We recently had an excellent experience with Dennis in getting a dent fixed for our Audi A3. He fixed the dent quite well and it appears as brand new now. My trip to LA was great till someone smacked my rental car very hard. Obviously, I didn't purchase rental insurance and was on the hook for the full amount of deductible. Moreover the repair had to be done the same day as I had a flight next morning. I called Dennis and he was able to move some of his appointment to accommodate my needs.
