Called on a Tuesday, no answer, but got an immediate text back asking if I’d like to have a dent removed, and if so, to text photos back. I did that and received another quick reply asking if Thursday at 9:00 am would work. Now that was a quick, no-nonsense response! Thursday was on time, the dent was repaired well, and I would use this service again and will refer my friends.

My trip to LA was great till someone smacked my rental car very hard. Obviously, I didn't purchase rental insurance and was on the hook for the full amount of deductible. Moreover the repair had to be done the same day as I had a flight next morning.

I called Dennis and he was able to move some of his appointment to accommodate my needs. The repair came perfect and he also took care of the couple small dents next to the big one.

Now rental car looks even better than the moment I rented it.

Thank you for your valuable feedback! I'm glad that you didn't have to go through your insurance or pay even half of your deductible. Once again, thank you for choosing Auto Dent Removal
